The unit plaster Т-103

The unit plaster Т-103 is designed for preparation of the dry mortar mixture masonry, plaster or facing mortar mixture, its transportation on sleeves and applied to a surface.

The unit plaster Т-103 can be used for the preparation of semi-straining, transportation on sleeves and applying water priming, flame retardants and paint formulations, as well as oil and adhesive putty.

All components of the mortar mixture or composition in the desired proportions are loaded into the upper bunker plaster aggregate, where the preparation of the mortar mixture or composition. Then the finished mixture is discharged into the lower hopper plaster aggregate, where transported by the mud channel or sleeve to the workplace.

The construction of plaster units can be applied as ready-made dry mixes, and prepare them directly in assembly of the components.

When applied to the prepared surface of the mortar mixture with air jets to it must be supplied compressed air pressure up to 0,6 MPa and flow rate up to 0.5 m3/min.

To use the plaster of the unit does not require a water supply network, as water poured into the unit dimensional capacity.

Plastering machines are equipped with mud channel, jet, vibrating screen and a set of accessories for the application of paint and paint formulations (as agreed with the customer).

The unit plaster Т-103 is equipped with belly for more homogeneous plaster solutions, paint, paint and other compositions.
