** SBR-800 and SBR-1200 - is a type mobile mixers with hydraulic Bolos, with the possibility of mechanical loading components in the skip, as well as with a reverse for unloading.
Concrete mixers may be used as a separate solution of concrete plants, and in the technological lines of precast concrete plants and concrete plants.
At customer's warehouse equipped mixers for cement, screw for loading of cement, conveyor belt (for loading sand and gravel in a skip).
Concrete mixing SBR-800A and SBR-1200A equipped with a diesel internal combustion engine of the German firm "NATZ."
Salient features of the engine mixers SBR-800A and SBR-1200A are:

protection against noise: the acoustic radiation is reduced to the minimum value;

thanks to constructive activities and high-precision manufacturing;

versatile, widely used industrial engine;

low weight thanks to the construction of light metal;

low fuel consumption thanks to the direct injection multi-jet nozzle;

strong and durable;

low maintenance costs due to separate cylinder and cylinder heads;
-
particularly safe, because there is no V-belt;
-
easy to maintain;
-
automatic removal of air from the injection pump.
The engine design mixers:
-
twin-cylinder 4-stroke engine is air-cooled;
-
vertical cylinder, direct injection;
-
casing of light metal, injection molding, separate cylinders of cast iron;
-
cylinder heads are separate, light metal;
-
forged crankshaft with counterweights at the three bearings;
-
circulating lubrication system with replaceable full-flow filter;
-
cooling fan and alternator built into the flywheel.
