Substation transformer for heating concrete KTPTO-80

Complete transformer substations for the warm concrete KTPTO-80-96U1 capacity of 80 KVA outdoor installation designed for electric heating and other means of electrical heat treatment of concrete (concrete warm) and the frozen soil with automatic temperature control, as well as to supply the temporary lighting and hand-held power tools for three-phase voltage 36 V in terms of construction sites.

Intransformer substations for heating concrete KTPTO applied three-phase winding transformer type TMTO-80 U1 with a natural oil cooling. Heat treatment of concrete (concrete warm) accelerates the process of hardening, and the presence of automatic temperature control reduces power consumption. In the transformer substations for heating concrete KTPTO are locked, ensuring the safety of staff on heating of the concrete. Average voltage (SN) 55-95 in the electricity used for heating the concrete and the frozen soil. You can connect consumers to the three-phase voltage of 380 V and 36 V.

One of directions of the accelerated building with erection of monolithic ferro-concrete designs is the technology of concreting with application of thermal methods of acceleration твердения concrete. One of the most economic (from the point of view of energy expenses) ways of electroheat treatment of concrete is the way of electrowarming up (warming up of concrete by means of substations KTPTO-TSZPB) or electrode warming up, i.e. concrete inclusion in an electric chain as though as a conductor. Thus electric energy turns in thermal directly in the concrete that reduces to a loss minimum. Depending on capacity of an electric current it is possible to heat up concrete to temperature of 100 degrees, and for any time interval - from several minutes till several o'clock. Thus, there were ample opportunities to choose optimum modes of heating of concrete and thanks to it to provide high efficiency of technological lines and monolithic building.
